Research interests

Algebraic geometry with a syzygetic viewpoint and Combinatorial commutative algebra problems, its applications to classical algebraic geometry and computational problems

(Here is my CV).

Now, I'm specially interested in such problems as

-Interplay between syzygies and geometry of embedded projective varieties;

-Generic initial ideal, (partial) Elimination theory, and its geometric applications;

-Tensor ranks and geometry of higher secants of Segre, Veronese, and Grassmann

  varieties, etc;

-Low-codimensional geometry : Special varieties with prescribed entry locus and

  Hartshorne conjecture on complete intersections;

-Eisenbud-Goto conjecture on Castelnuovo-Mumford regularity.
