Annual Theme Research Program

Every year the planning committee selects and announces the annual theme and invites experts who can conduct an interdisciplinary research on the theme from various fields including the humanities, natural and social sciences, and arts. During their tenure at the KIAS's transdisciplinary program, KIAS fellows and post-graduate fellows are encouraged to discuss and carryout research in an open academic atmosphere.
