Delocalization of 2D Dirac fermions in random potential |
Abstract |
I shall discuss Anderson (de)localization of Dirac fermions in random potential in two dimensions, which can be realized on a 2D surface of a 3D Z2 topological insulator as well as in graphene (if disorder potential is smooth). The topologically protected surface Dirac fermions cannot be localized. Some related topics will also be discussed. |
