Korea Institute for Advanced Study (KIAS) will host the Winter School on neutrinos during February 24 - 28, 2003. The purpose of this School is to provide pedagogic overview on the various topics in neutrino physics, review the recent exciting development in experiments and discuss future prospects. We hope many particle physicists will participate in this school, benefit from the lectures. Graduate students and Postdocs are especially welcome.
