WAGP 2007 topic will be " Recent Trends in Mirror Symmetry .'' It will be preceded by an introductory College on Mirror Symmetry at the Chern Institute of Mathmatics, Nankai University in Tianjin, China (June 16 to 22, 2007).

This Workshop and College are part of a series of workshops and schools which was incepted in 1996 and aims at fostering the interaction between mathematicians working in pure algebraic geometry and researchers who are interested in applications of algebraic geometry to physics.
